Resignation Of General Manager

The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the "Company") would like to announce that Mr Tan Meng Toon resigned as General Manager for Liner Service with effect from 18 June 2004.

Following his resignation, Mr Aditya Girindra Wardhana has been appointed as General Manager for the Liner Service with effect from 18 June 2004.
