Acquisition Of Properties

The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd ("Company") refers to its announcements on 22 March 2006 and 6 April 2006 in relation to the acquisition of 3 floors at 6 Raffles Quay and is pleased to announce that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Foremost Maritime Pte Ltd ("Foremost"), have duly completed the acquisition of the properties on 10 July 2006. The vendors have delivered the properties with vacant possession to the Company and Foremost.
