Sale Of Property

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd ("Company") refers to its announcements on 8 August 2006 and 22 August 2006 in relation to the sale of property owned by Foremost Maritime Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board wishes to announce that the sale of property has been duly completed on 27 September 2006. The property with vacant possession was delivered to the purchaser.
