The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 29 April 2008, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the AGM dated 14 April 2008 were duly passed.
