It was a proud moment for Samudera Shipping Line, Singapore, when an all-time record in handling of 760 units/879 teus was set at Kandla Port, on its vessel — m.v. Sinar Riau v-929.

The vessel berthed at Kandla Port on July 20 and sailed off on July 23.

Samudera Shipping’s representative at Kandla, Mr Manoj Kumar, has congratulated Tai-Pan Shipping Pvt. Ltd (Agent of the vessel), Cargo Movers (Stevedores) the Port management, the Master/crew as well as all the valued customers for their support and co-operation in enabling Samudera Shipping to break all previous handling records.
